It is come to our attention that that sadly there are many bogus or unscrupulous publishing companies operating in our sector today. With this in mind and so as to offer reassurance to over 8,000 of our clients Weinstein Williams operates a policy of complete transparency.

Weinstein Williams would expect our creditors to listen and understand if we had any financial difficulties - but that does not mean they should not expect us to settle our accounts as promptly as possible. We believe if we commit to paying promptly then it’s only fair we ask our clients to do the same. This is the policy we have decided to adopt as the country enters a period of financial turbulence.
We are members of the Better Payment practice code which means as a business we promise to:
1. Agree payment terms at the outset of a deal and stick to them;
2. Explain our payment procedures to suppliers;
3. Pay bills in accordance with any contract agreed with the supplier or as required by law;
4. Tell suppliers without delay when an invoice is contested, and settle disputes quickly.
You can sign up by visiting www.payontime.co.uk
If you have a grievance or a genuine reason for being unable to honour payment terms our Customer Services Team will be happy to listen, resolve any issues and if necessary liaise with our Accounts Manager to set up a payment plan.
We must make it absolutely clear however that we expect to be paid in full on the back of a legally binding contract. Abuse or malicious falsehoods will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We will instigate legal proceedings against any individual who brings our name into disrepute or who refuse to settle their account.
