ANNOUNCEMENT

This notice is to inform everyone of the closure of Weinstein Williams Associates.

The business will officially close on Friday 11 June 2010.

Regrettably the abrupt closure, due to circumstances beyond our control was triggered by an unwarranted investigation by Trading Standards on 16th March 2010. Northwest Trading Standards removed all equipment and company records without a single arrest or any charges being brought.

This action has had a devastating impact that we are unable to recover from.

Although on 6th May 2010 we successfully won the rights to have our equipment returned and have now instructed our legal team to claim for a substantial losses, damages and compensation. It is I'm afraid too little too late and we will not be able to fulfil all of our commitments to advertisers. As a gesture of goodwill, advertisements originally booked in publications have been transferred to the ES News website which will stay up for the next three months, but we are unable to publish our print titles.

Over 40 jobs have been lost in the process.
